How do I upgrade?: Open the Doathing app in Slack, navigate to the home screen, and click the upgrade button to see a list of options.
Can I try Doathing before committing to a subscription?: Yes! Doathing comes with a free 14-day trial, so you’ll have plenty of time to try it with your team. No credit card required. We also offer a 7-day extension if you need extra time getting the payment approved.
What if I upgrade but then decide I don’t need the service?: No problem - you can cancel your subscription within 60 days for a full refund.
What is considered a user?: A user is a unique Slack user included in one or more rotation groups in Doathing, not your entire Slack workspace. Doathing calculates on a weekly basis how many users you have.
Do I need to enter a credit card to try Doathing?: No, you can start your 14-day free trial without a credit card.
How does Doathing protect my privacy?: Doathing requests the absolute minimum permissions to work by default. The permissions are to manage user groups, view user info, and send messages to where the Doathing app is invited.
How do I cancel my subscription?: While we build out our subscription management, you'll need to contact support@tellspin.app. Eventually you'll be able to easily cancel your subscription from within the Doathing Slack app.
